Thanksgiving to the Bravehearts

As a part of the Communal Harmony week and the Thanksgiving week, the students of class 9-b were given postcards which were to be designed as New Year and Christmas greeting cards. These cards were to be forwarded to soldiers of the military who work tirelessly and continuously for the benefit of the nation. The soldiers can use the cards as greeting cards for their families.

All students decorated their postcards rather diligently and participated wholeheartedly. The effort was largely appreciated.

14th November- A Day to Remember!

It was the day all the carmelites were waiting for with the utmost excitement, a day when a number of surprises were to be unveiled as a part of the annual Children's Day celebrations. But before that came the best part - we were dressed up in our casual bests! The programme in the auditorium began with a prayer song followed by a number of heartfelt prayers meant for the students. The main eye-catching performances were the Fashion Show, the Dances and the songs sung by the Nightingale and her group, to mention a few. The students were delighted to see Sr. Maria Swati, our Principal, participating with great zeal and zest. It was indeed a day to remember!

13th November- A Fun Filled Day!

The students of class 9B were taken to F2 Raceway, Ludhiana as a part of their Annual Class Picnic. We departed early morning from the school at 5:30 and our journey began amid a selfie session and customary singing of songs. Breakfast was served at Mc Donalds, Ludhiana and was a hot and crispy one. We boarded the buses yet again, now, heading towards our final destination- F2 Raceway! On our arrival we were awestruck by the lush green fields and the glorifying ambiance. we did a number of activities like Paint Ball, Go Karting, Horse Riding, flying fox, trampolining, etc. The Water Park was kept as a surprise for us and indeed we were SURPRISED!! As we grooved to the music and plunged into the tranquility of the waters and slid down the large water slides, indeed we were enjoying every moment to its fullest! Then, as we came out, our clothes drenched, we sat under the sun followed by a sun- kissed lunch and music on the house! Once again we resumed with our left over activities. On departure back to campus we were served with refreshments.
